At BNI TEAM, we are committed to improving member results. We knew that if we provided quality high end training and kept costs ridiculously low that not only would people come more often, but they would gain the MUST HAVE techniques for GROWTH EXPLOSION in 2010. This year we have sourced the market leaders in, Leadership, Communication, Sales and Marketing to assist us with our BNI TEAM Advanced training sessions.

This sessions is co-hosted by Glenn Kirkwood and Shirley Dalton with the focuss being "LEADERSHIP"

Title - "The Courageous Leader" - You may clearly see the need for engaging and aligning people, but you may be looking for change in all the wrong places. Transformation begins when leaders choose to change their behaviour. The most frequently misunderstood barriers to change are behavioural blindspots – automatic and unproductive behaviours that block leadership effectiveness, organizational change and business results.

Attend this workshop, you’ll become aware of your blindspots and what you can do about them. You have the power to shape the future. This is not in question. But do you have the courage to take a bold stand and transform the capacity and capability of people and the organization to achieve much much more?
