I am Brad Oldham, Business Manager in Newcastle, the Hunter and Central Coast regions for Grace Records Management. The core of our business is to save space, time and headaches by taking care of our clients records and retrieving them quickly and accurately when they need them.
If possible, I like to meet clients at their business to assess their needs properly, preferably in normal office hours or outside of that by appointment.
Grace Records Management is part of the Grace Group and is the largest privately owned Records Management Company in Australia. We are also the only one in our field to have full ISO9001, 2008 Systems accreditation. So what does that mean to our clients?

Brad from Grace Record Management come to our office for a Dance Card and being a new member Brad was able to explain to me in detail the purpose of the Dance Card and other BNI systems. He paid particular interest in what we do as a Home Automation Company and now i feel Brad is well informed of what we do to provide valuable refferals when offered.
He is a great Mentor for any new BNI member to visit and i returned teh Dance Card favout the weel later to find what a amazing business Brad manages, I now also have a greater understanding of what clients Brad is looking for and where his business sits in the market place.
